Forms for use by Walk Leaders

Below are links to the various forms to be used by existing and potential Walk Leaders:

The Walk Leaders Form is for submitting a proposed walk to Bernard (Programme Secretary) for adding to the next programme.

The Walk Report Form is for walk leaders to submit records to Bernard (Programme Secretary) of walks they have lead.

The Expenses Claim Form is for members to submit any claims that they consider valid to William (MSR Treasurer).

The following link is for a list of many of the Car Parks that are used by MSR for start points for walks. Please will Walk Leaders use the coordinate details etc. from this list when compiling a 'Walk Leaders Form'.

The Accident Report Form should be used by a Walk Leader, in case of an accident on a walk, and forwarded to Margaret (MSR Secretary).

The E-mail Contact list can be used by Walk Leaders to obtain the e-mail address of any MSR members on walks who have not submitted their e-mail for going on the MSR Database. This will be used to keep MSR members up-to-date with various bulletins, news items etc. This list should be forwarded to Tony (MSR Publicity). The list can also be used by Leaders who may want to record the names of some of the walkers on a walk, for later reporting to Bernard (MSR Programme Secretary) .
